- Your name and email address when you request the 7-Day Rhythm Reset or another free resource
- Your name, email address and phone number when you register for a live workshop
- The answers you provide if you submit a coaching application
- Anything else you choose to send us by email

- Standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, referring site, device and browser type
- Cookies used to operate the site and to measure how it is performing
How we use it
- To deliver the resource, workshop or program you asked for
- To send coaching content, resources and offers by email or SMS where you have opted in
- To respond to enquiries and coaching applications
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to provide their service. These currently include our email, SMS and scheduling platform, our website host, and our analytics provider.

- You can reply STOP to any SMS to stop receiving text messages
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
